Security Tips
We advise our customers and the general public to:
- Always verify the credentials and registration details of your insurance agent/broker (“licensed insurance intermediaries”). You may check for the registration details of your licensed insurance intermediary at the following links:

- Avoid clicking on suspicious links or responding to unsolicited emails or messages; always use official channels to engage authorized and licensed insurance intermediaries for the purchase of insurance policies.
- Exercise caution when sharing personal or financial information online and avoid processing financial transactions unless you are certain about the legitimacy of the licensed insurance intermediary.
- When buying insurance policies through insurance agents, premiums must be paid directly to Liberty (except when the insurance is bundled with a related non-insurance product and exemption applies). For more details, see:

- Check carefully through any policy document and ensure they are legitimate and not falsified. Liberty will not assume responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from falsified policies. As a safeguard, Liberty urges our customers to exercise due diligence when procuring insurance through unofficial third-party channels and to again, verify the legitimacy of the licensed insurance intermediaries when being approached.
